There are quite a few recurring mermaids, but none of them have names. (except for Crooked Tail)
For tagging purposes I'll label them by their tail colors.
The Mermaids appear in these 15 episodes...

Crooked Tail , formerly referred to as Princess.
She's the only mermaid in the series with a name and backstory.

But these three mermaids are the most prominent...

In "Elementary, My Dear Pan" the main trio appears with a 4th Mermaid who has a light purple tail and a blonde pony tail. She only appears in this one episode and has no lines, but she has a few scenes and is well animated, and is the only mermaid with a pony tail. So she'll get her own tag, #Lavender Mermaid. 

In "After The Laughter" the trio is joined again by a 4th Mermaid, with a yellow tail and short brown hair. She kinda reminds me of Princess Daisy.

In some shots her color erroneously changes blue and she looks identical to indigo mermaid. So she's basically a random filler mermaid, but she'll get her own tag, #Yellow Mermaid, since she's the only yellow one in the whole series.


In "Wind and The Panther" the main trio is joined by two random mermaids that look like filler copies of them. They only appear in that one shot.

In "The Ruby" & "Vanity, Thy Name Is Mermaid" there are two unique mermaids
Purple Mermaid with brown hair.
Violet Mermaid with blonde hair.
They are the mermaids with the most lines, but are only in 2 episodes.
These two mermaids don't share any scenes with the main trio.

Vanity briefly shows some random mermaids sleeping during Crooked Tails' flashback story,



there's also a random mermaid that looks like an older Wendy.


Cyan Mermaid only appears in "Nibs and The Mermaids"
She has a unique appearance. Seafoam green tail with brown curly hair which appears to be in the shape of a starfish. She tricks Nibs by disguising as a dolphin and then bursts his bubble.

"The Crock and The Clock" has one small scene with these two random mermaids. They complain about the changing tides and then jump into the water, never to be seen again.
